Wireless charger

Do you use wireless charging with your iPhone elsewhere, such as at home? We just want to see how far down we can isolate this issue. If charging wirelessly works in other locations and with other adapters, we'll want to do a bit more checking, such as ensuring that your vehicle has the latest firmware installed. You can learn more about how to do that either in your owner's manual or by contacting the manufacturer of your vehicle. If wireless charging doesn't work via another adapter in a separate environment as well, it may be time to have your iPhone physically inspected. You can Find Locations that can help with that here. Which wireless charger are you attempting to use with your iPhone? Does your iPhone have any sort of case on it? If so, can you charge wirelessly with no case installed? Also, check out the "Learn more" section of How to wirelessly charge your iPhone for a few other tips that may help.

I have the same issue with my Buick Enclave Avenir 2020. But I do use wireless charging at home with Samsung wireless charger and it works fine but in the vehicle it will start charging for couple of seconds and then will stop charging, Per Buick, vehicle wireless charger is Qi compatible with all the phones and my S10 use to charge just fine without any issues. Buick did confirm that the vehicle has a up to date firmware installed. Just FYI, I did try to charge the phone with and without the case.

please advise what should be the next step?
