My Apple tv is not showing on my pc when I connect it from USB cable.
It wouldn’t show itself to Windows, but it should show in iTunes.
Make sure to use a USB cable that supports data transfer, not just a charging cable from a different device.
Some models may need to be powered during the restore, as described in the support document.
