How do I configure my router to get a stronger signal.

2.4 band connectivity Both my iPad and iPhone are having problems either accessing or getting negligible signal when connecting to the internet on the 2.4 GHz band (thro' Netgear dual band router) - this is new and before they worked perfectly. No issues with the 5.0 GHz. My iMac, Mac laptop and my wife's iPad and iPhone all work perfectly in the same location, same router etc. on the 2,4 GHz band. So its not an issue with the router or the internet service. I've done the usual reboots on both the router and the Ipad/Iphone to no avail. I can't work out what the problem is - why only my iPad and iPhone but not the other devices. Any suggestions??

Wifi signal strength Why is it that the wifi strength inidcator only show 1 radio wave or “bar despite being very close to the wifi router?

Wi-Fi connection Good morning, I living in my own house and using two routers, "Stas" and "Stanislav". When my phone is connected to one of the routers and I am getting close to the other one, that has stronger signal, my phone is still connected to the first router that has weaker signal, it's almost not working but still not picking up the signal from the second router with stronger signal. Please correct the problem in your next updates. Phone needs to pick up Wi-Fi signal from available stronger router automatically. Thanks!

Signal strength partially depends on how far away from the router you are. You may have to get a wifi extender or move the router.

If you are 2-3 rooms away or upstairs, you will likely have a weaker signal.
