How can I access the advanced mail settings to change the incoming port on an imap account .?

Not sure which iOS version that you are using since you didn't inform us, I am going to assume that you are using iOS version 14.

Open Settings ➔ Mail ➔ Accounts ➔ Email Account ➔ Account (top) ➔ Advanced ➔ Tap on Server Port : Here, Change the incoming port number.
