Problem sending a group email from contacts thru Apple Mail
This keeps appearing: “xxx List 2020” does not appear to be a valid email address. Verify the address and try again. I have checked other solutions and none work. I am using High Sierra iOS

Most of the time that is a corrupt file or contains a problem contact card.
Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
Make a new Group if that doesn't help.
