Can’t connect my AirPods pro to my iPad
Please help. My iPad has the latest 10.3 update but for some reason my apply AirPod pros will not connect

They won't connect to a device running iOS 10.3
What iPad do you have?
You need an iPad which is running the latest software so iOS 13/14, not iOS 10
You can see on the technical specs a list of supported devices, you either need to update your device or buy a new one
