What is your exact model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

When an Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation) only shows Computers and Settings, then it has no functional connection to the internet. All the other icons would be retrieved from Apple’s servers.

You may want to restart your router.

You may want to restart the Apple TV (disconnect from power, wait a bit, then reconnect).

You may wan to to verify the Network Settings on the Apple TV.
