Recently my iPhone XR has been having difficulties with the back camera. Everytime I try to take a picture or video the camera either glitches, or it completely goes black. I’ve tried everything I was supposed to. Resetting my phone, updating the software, turning Voice Control off. Yet still nothing. I see no sign of damage on my camera and it’s just been really frustrating.

I do have a case on my phone but I have removed the case to see if it was the issue, and it was not. Every time I open the camera app, it glitches out. It turns green and purple then completely goes black.
