I just got my new device but I find nothing in the Apple TV app that states enjoy 1 year free??

The Apple TV+ one year offer is aimed at new subscribers to the service. Are you perhaps a current or previous subscriber to Apple TV+?
Qualifying users should redeem the offer on their new Apple device in the TV app. Look for “Enjoy 1 Year Free”. If the offer doesn’t appear immediately, then also check the Apple TV+ Channel page.

If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
