screen record failed due to 5823

any new resolution on this issue?

i have plenty of free memory and i dont think i have any restrictions. I have restored the iphone and restarted it. IOS 14.3.

Screen Recording failure I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max and regardless of how long or what content I’m trying to screen record this message pops up- (photo bellow) “screen recording failed to save due to failure to process first sample buffer”. I’ve updated the newest software the iOS 15.5 and have restarted my phone multiple times. (Low power mode isn’t on) Hoping someone can help.?
