War Thunder on 2020 MacBook Pro - Faulty Graphics Driver??

Hello all

I got the new 2020 MacBook Pro for college in August of 2020. I am majoring in technical theater, so we need a somewhat beefy computer to run autocad, and other programs.

I downloaded War Thunder half way through the semester just as a casual game, (8 - 10 hours a week if even that) and it ran smoothly. I started to run it on max graphics, with no issue. A few weeks later I decided to run on medium.

About 2 weeks ago, some of the aircraft in my garage had a weird black texture. (Only half of the aircraft I own) when you zoom in, it was corrected, but only up close. I reinstalled the game, and the problem persisted.

Up until about a week ago, the game will abruptly close (not crash, just close) during a battle, in the garage, or even in the settings. 2 days ago, the game started crashing.

I looked into this, and the common answer is that I may have a faulty graphics driver / or card. Am I going to have to buy a new computer???? Please help.

Thanks
