Apple Watch SE Dent

My Apple Watch got a dent, but I have taken care of it. The day before I discovered the dent, it looked perfectly.

What should I do?

The dent is small, but visible.

It didn’t get hit or dropped.

Repair is expensive, but water resistance will be weakened or gone.

Is there any way to repair the glass on the screen and make the watch water resistant again?

Does a screen protector prevent water from entering in that dent?

Does Warranty cover dents?
