Messages from Chinese people who claim they work for apple

Hello I keep receiving these emails from some people called HAPPY and today I got one called PEACE, their messages are in Chinese and in translated them and it said this: Please go to the following link, we will ‘guide’ you to our members or leaders.

And then like there was this wierd link with some emoji and I am receiving these messages a lot and one of them claimed they were from apple when the clearly weren’t. I would really like it if you could help me as I don’t know how they got my email.
