Bezel paint on IPhone 12

Got an iPhone 12 in blue 3 weeks ago. And purchased the leather apple case at the same time. Minute I opened the phone e put the case on straight away and haven’t taken it off once. Took it off today and noticed that the paint is already coming off the bezel and haven’t even had it out . Anyone else have this going on . Pretty poor as I had spent a grand on this phone and case.
