Cancel a minor’s subscription

My child has a current subscription to Apple Arcade (with his Apple ID). I need to cancel it, because I just subscribed up for Apple one. I cannot find an an accurate way to unsubscribe my child’s subscription. His Apple ID I grayed out on his iPad so I cannot manage his subscription that way.
