Cancel a minor’s subscription

My child has a current subscription to Apple Arcade (with his Apple ID). I need to cancel it, because I just subscribed up for Apple one. I cannot find an an accurate way to unsubscribe my child’s subscription. His Apple ID I grayed out on his iPad so I cannot manage his subscription that way.

Have you checked on his iPad Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions? A restriction may be preventing accessing his Apple ID.
