I want to update my Apple Watch to 7.2, but I can’t get the 2.5 GB available space required to do so.

Well, I did that, and I let my phone restore my Apple Watch.
8 hours later, my phone still says, “Signing into your account. This may take a few minutes.”
My post said to unpair the watch not restore it,you didn't have to remove anything.
