I have iPadOS 14.2 and have set Outlook as the default email client (because of University double authentication) but Zoom still insists on sending invites via Mail which then are not sent. What am I doing wrong?
Probably nothing, but I would contact Zoom support team, explain your problem and ask them.

But actually the same thing happened when I tried to send a photo from Photos - it went to Mail and not to Outlook, so it may not be a Zoom problem but an IoS one.
If you're using the Outlook app, it should appear among the apps you can share that picture to (if it's not there, slide to left and tap the "three points" (more) icon at the very right).

Yes, I can send it that way but if I choose email it goes via Mail. The same option, to send using Outlook is not available, as far as I can see, with Zoom. Have asked Zoom for help with this.
