How to make Outlook the default mail app when forwarding a web page instead of the Mail (IOS) app?

I deleted the Mail app and Outlook is my default email app. Whenever I try to forward a web page, the only option shown is Mail and then the pop up asks me to go to the Apple store to install mail.

Is there any way to make the sendo to via Outlook option my default for forwarding web pages?
