Refund for a game I couldn’t play

How do I get a refund for a game I spent money on but I couldn’t play because of lag and their CS isn’t much helpful at all. I’ve been playing game for years. But then made the allstars. I recorded the first 25 mins to where I couldn’t even play because of their lag. Please help

How to get refund for game if doesn’t work? I purchased n.o.v.a 3 game from App Store but it doesn’t work, it says to touch the screen to continue but when the screen it touched the game quits.
