MacBook Pro black screen with menu bat at top

My MacBook Pro has this weird black screen with a menu bar up which appears when I first boot it up( sometimes it appears even after booting it up) and after around 15 minutes it start working properly. Does someone know what’s wrong and is there a way to fix it?
