My Apple Replay for 2020 seems to be inaccurate with the songs in it, and hours spent listening to artists. One artist I listen to everyday the same album, and I only seen one song from that album in my playlist, why is that? Also the hours spent listening to that artist is way lower than I expected. Could my account not recording all the data? It's frustrating.

I have the same issue. My top song in replay shows 113 plays this year, but my library shows a play count of 313. Heaps of other songs are not syncing either. literally different play counts, and these songs only came out this year. I use my Mac, my iPhone and two HomePods. All have the "use listening history" turned on, always have.
