boot camp assistant error

hi, i need help please.

i have 2 internal partitions and i cant remove neither of them, and i cant make the boot camp assintant.

how do i remove a partition?

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 10.15

Big Sur also shows Snapshots. Apple should be publishing articles like https://eclecticlight.co/2020/09/16/boot-volume-layout/ for educating the users.
