Have not found any solutions anywhere online.
Just bought two DS4 controllers to play Apple Arcade. They pair ok, but after anywhere between 10 seconds and 90 seconds they both disconnect (often times in the 10 second range).
Controller works and stays connected when paired on my Mac.
Anyone have a solution?

Thanks for completing those steps. Have you restarted the Apple TV using the steps here: Restart Apple TV ? Also, have you tried forgetting the Bluetooth connection for the controllers by completing the steps here: Use Bluetooth accessories with your Apple TV and setting them back up?

Correct. I have restarted and reset the Apple TV. I borrowed a friends controller today and it works fine (model # cuh-zct2u). However, I did find that as long as his controller was connected, mine (model # cuh-zct1e) would stay connected. But as soon as his disconnected from inactivity, mine would disconnect too. Can you make any sense of that chuck_3rd? 😬
Thank you. I followed those steps and reached out to PlayStation who says the controllers do not have firmware updates.
ive tried the controllers on my Mac (Catalina) and they work fine. However when I connect them to Apple TV (I’ve tried 3 different ones 14.2 and 14.3) they behave the same way - pair and connect just fine, but then quickly disconnect on their own.

Thanks for the additional info. We'd recommend reaching back out to the manufacture of the controller for further assistance with it remaining connected since the issue appears to have been isolated to your specific controller since the other one works properly. We're unsure why another controller would make it stay connected unless there is a certain setup that has been done for it to do it.
