My jw Language app is not running properly on my iPad Air 2 but is fine on my iPad mini. Does anyone have a fix for my iPad Air 2? Thanks

It's normally up to the people who make 3rd party apps (not Apple) to fix them when an iOS update breaks something, so you should contact jw about it.

Have you asked the people who make that app? Be sure to give some details about what you mean exactly by "not running properly", since without that it's hard for anyone to help.
Hi Tom, thanks for your reply. The language app worked great before the latest apple update. The iPad is now experiencing other problems as well. Since the update the keyboard takes many attempts for me to copy a word or a sentence. I was also unable to reply to your message on my iPad Air 2 as the ‘post’ button constantly buffered and wouldn't send. I’m hoping the next apple update will fix all the problems. :-)
