Logitech k480 Bluetooth Keyboard. Copy and paste no longer works

I currently have a bluetooth Logitech k480 keyboard, paired to the following...

iPad (5th Generation) MP2JX/A

iPad OS 13.7

I used to be able to Copy and Paste text in most Apps (e.g Google Keep, Gmail, Zoho Mail, NextCloud) using the "fn" + "C" key to Copy, "fn" + "X" to cut and "fn" + "V" to paste.

At some point, in the recent month, this completely stopped working for me.

Have tired un-pairing and re-pairing the keyboard to my iPad, but still no joy.

Have tried searching around on the internet for solutions, but nothing has come up.

Hello GenericUser383,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

We understand that some of the function keys for copying and pasting are not working with your iPad. We're happy to provide some information.

"Notes

  • Not all function keys that work on the Mac work on iOS devices.
  • In addition to Apple keyboards, many third-party Bluetooth keyboards that use the Apple keyboard layout work with iOS devices. Check with the keyboard manufacturer for additional information."

In addition to this information, try using CMD instead of FN when performing these keyboard combinations. You can learn more about this here:
