Logitech slim folio keyboard for iPad 6th Gen

I just purchased the Logitech slim folio for iPad 6th gen. I have 2 ipad 6th Gen, it works perfectly on one iPad but on the other iPad only some keys work like home key. Can’t type at all. Why does it work on one and not the other. Both have the latest software and both it pairs on Bluetooth and accepts the code you enter on the keyboard to pair, but only one iPad it works on... any help appreciated

Perhaps try a forced-restart of the affected iPad:

If that doesn’t work, your next step would be to restore the affected iPad to factory settings:

The full restore process will reinstall a fresh copy of the most recent version of iOS/iPadOS supported by the device.
