I have a Logitech keyboard paired with my ipad mini 4. It works perfectly with all apps except for one. The one app it does not work with is a type of educational library. Any ideas as to how I can fix this?

Have you contacted the people who made that app? It's up to them to make sure it works with your stuff.
Does it not work at all? If it is just certain operations, double check your Accessibility settings to make sure everything is turned off, especially Full Keyboard Access.

We understand that your Logitech keyboard isn't working as expected with a particular app. Does your built in Apple keyboard works as expected with the app? Contacting the manufacture for possible settings adjustments will be the best route to get the Logitech keyboard in sync with the app.
