I recently bought an iPhone 12 and the streaming time in battery was supposed to be 11 hours. However, my battery is only lasting around 7-8 hours and loses power even when not in use with no background apps or data turned on. Is this normal or should I get it fixed because the battery health in settings says my battery is at peak capacity.

Is the iPhone updated to iOS 14.3? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Have you checked Settings > Battery to see what app uses the most power? Some apps use more power than others.
