High Cpu Usage when play youtube and connected to Beats X

When I play youtube in Fullhd and set audio output to Beats X - Intel power monitor shows that I use high cpu usage (left side of graph). When I change to Macbook Air speakers usage drops to normal.

But. When I play Apple Music, or any Video in Photos app to Beats X - no issue.

Activity Monitor doesn't show any high cpu usage bluetooth process or anything else.

Activity Monitor shows same values - 10% usage by system, 20% by user... 70% idle, wheter I set output to Beats x or not.

Activity Monitor shows same values even Intel Power Monitor shows usage like 70-80% by user.

Temperature, power and fan speed are maxed when output is set to Beats X.

Macbook Air 2020 - 1.1 Ghz Dual Core + Catalina 10.15.7

I searched several threads but I haven't any high cpu usage for bluetooth process.

I haven't any high cpu usage in Activity Monitor.

If I haven't had Intel Power Monitor I did't know what my cpu usage was...

How can Acivity monitor shows 30% usage by cpu, but Intel Power Monitor shows high frequency, but same 20-30% core utilization.

When I have 30% core utilization, macbook is silent and package power is about 5-6 W...
