Apple Music

The app kicked me out of my family sharing and wont let me sign back into the sharing. When I try and fix it, it says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes." Please help me get back into my account

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
