i cant add fingerprint

nothing appear if i click add fingerprint and i cant unlock my mac book using touch id

Touch ID partially working I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019) with Touch Bar. My Touch ID used to work flawlessly until recently. I can configure a fingerprint, however, once that fingerprint is saved I can not use it to unlock anything. I have tried this multiple times, are there any next steps to troubleshoot?

Try doing this in Safe Mode - Shift key immediately at startup
