Mic problems preventing usage of the speaker phone for all cell phone calls and all app voice calls as well

My iPhone SE (1st gen) was unable to use the speaker phone for calls (cell phone calls and voice calls for apps like FB, Kakao Talk, Google Voice) and after the upgrade for iOS 14.2 then it worked for the iPhone cell phone calls using the speaker phone. However, the mic stopped working again. Anybody else having this problem? Anybody know the solution?
