My music is being rejected by apple stores

Hi,

My music is being rejected by apple stores stating that someone has already uploaded the same with different meta data. Actually, it was a wrong upload by someone which was removed on my request & the tracks are no more available in stores. However, seems that apple keeps record of deleted tracks as well. I cannot use same meta data as it was a wrong upload (with artist name & song titles of tracks mixed up). How do I solve this?
