I have made a trial subscription to apple music I have invited family members but they can not connect. Why is this happening? Should the three-month trial period end? thank you very much!

We understand you have a trial for Apple Music, but your family members are unable to access the subscription. We'll be happy to help.


To begin, we'd recommend confirming that you selected the Family option for Apple Music. You can view and adjust your subscriptions with the steps here: See or cancel your subscriptions
