Hello I am living in France for several months and the phone number I had in canada has been cancelled.how do I change my phone number on MacBook ? thank you

On the phone eith the new SIM, in settings, messages, turn off imessage.
Sign out of Facetime.
Restart the phone.
Reverse the above actions.
If your Mac and your phone are sharing your AppleID they should sync to the new number.
