Beats solo 3. Right side not working

My solo beats 3 right side is not working, both Bluetooth and wire. When I push the pause button in hard it works for like 3 seconds. Should I bring it in?

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with one side of your Beats Solo 3 not working as you'd expect. There are a couple things you can try before looking into service options. Make sure the firmware is up to date, and try resetting them.


Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones

Update the firmware of your Beats product


Once those steps are completed, test your Beats and see how they are working. You should also test them with a couple different apps and another device, if you can. This will help isolate the problem to the headphones.
