iPhone 7 Plus Mic Stopped Working After Upgrade to iOS 14.3

My iPhone 7 Plus mics stopped working after my latest upgrade to iOS 14.3. I tried with Voice Memo, video on the Camera app, Shazam, and with keyboard dictation. None of them work. I reset my phone, they still don't work. Also, headphones plugged in with a lightning cord don't work. Sound plays from the speakers and not the headphones.

I see this was a problem going back to earlier versions. Apple, please make it work again!
