One drive files not accessible from the native files app on iPad OS

The files on my OneDrive cloud don’t show up in the files app. I’ve redownloaded the OneDrive app. I restarted the iPad but I can’t seem to make it work.

i always get an error message:

“Content unavailable

the folders content could not be displayed because of an unknown error”

has anybody experienced this issue and solved it?

It seems you're having trouble using OneDrive with Files and we want to help.


Have you tried removing OneDrive from Files and adding it back? What about signing out and signing in to OneDrive? It could be a connection error causing the issue:

Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
