Hello jbrillembourg.

If your OneDrive account is experiencing issues communicating and syncing information with the files app, you can attempt to manually move content. The resource below has more information and guidance on how to accomplish this:

We hope this information is useful. Best of luck.
Sign out of OneDrive app, then sign back in. If no change, see if same thing with Files app is happening with iCloud Drive.
If yes, delete the Files app and reinstall only after you reboot your iPhone. If not, issue is originated by OneDrive app. Delete the OneDrive app and reinstall it only after you reboot your iPhone. If still no luck, report the issue to Microsoft dev team who should look into it.
Hi, thanks for your response. My issue is not with the OneDrive app. My issue is with the iOS Files app that doesn’t recognize or sync the OneDrive iOS app (which works perfectly).
Thanks for the response. I did the process and keep getting the same error. I already contacted Microsoft to see if they can help.
thanks again.
