I imported an audio track from Garage Band and keep getting this Error message: Error while trying to synchronize Audio to MIDI. Sample Rate 44,100 recongnized. Check conflict between Logic Pro and external device. What does this mean?

I imported an audio track from Garage Band and keep getting this Error message:

Error while trying to synchronize Audio to MIDI. Sample Rate 44,100 recognized. Check conflict between Logic Pro and external device.

What does this mean? I don't have any MIDI files on the track.
