Error Midi

How can I load a midi track from Logic pro Mac book as midi in garage band IOS (Ipad)? Now I get the error that the MIDI file consist 32 tracks and can't import the file in garageband IOS

Logic Pro X / Export Midi File / Hello, In Logic Pro X I have written a bass line with a midi keyboard using the fingered bass sound that comes with Logic. I have then Exported the bass line converting it to a MIDI file.. However, when I drag the MIDI file into GarageBand (Mac) it converts into numerous tracks each playing a few notes of my original bass line? What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this? Cannot Play MIDI Files in QuickTime.app (macOS 10.15.5) When I try to play a MIDI file, I get an error message: "The file isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player." I know I used to be able to play them in QuickTime, so I am puzzled by this. I can play them in GarageBand and VLC. TIA Emily

MIDI-signal I have a digital piano (Thomann) with a (so called) USB output. Please see added picture! The connection to my MacBook shall be used by this item: It's said by Thomann that if I play a tune on the piano there will be 'MIDI signals' into the MacBook. Do I dare to try that? Will there be a file generated?

Solved. Just export one bar and it works
