HP LaserJet Pro M401a printer not working after update to macOS 11
My HP LaserJet Pro M401a printer no longer works after I updated to macOS 11. I've tried uninstalling the driver and used the HP Easy Start app to reinstall it, but when I get to the "Add and Verify" step and click "Add Device…", I get the message "Cannot configure the device software" (see the screenshot below).
Does anyone know if there's a solution to this?
