iOS 12.5 disabled my iPhone touch screen

My iPhone 6 Plus touch screen has stopped working completely after installing iOS 12.5! I can't call, check email or texts, or anything for that matter. I need help and there is nothing on apple.com to support me. Can someone help me please??

My iPhone 12 touch screen won't work My iPhone 12 touch screen won't work, I have tried the whole hard restart which only took away me being able to use Siri. I plugged my phone into my MacBook Air and repeated the process of column up and down then holding the lock button. That only told me that I had to unlock my iPhone to be able to utilize the functions for the computer so I wasn't able to update my phone to try and fix this issue. Are there any other things I can do to try and fix this?

Rudegar, thank you. I tried forced restart, but it didn't work. Any other ideas that you can share with me? Can I uninstall iOS 12.5?
