I think my icloud was hacked ... How do i change my password
I think my icloud may have been hacked

If the call you got was attempting to inform you that your iCloud was "breached," it was not valid. Apple will never "cold call" a customer with that, or any other information. You can safely ignore the call/block the number. Do not respond in any way.
