Dear Apple, I have this zero byte app on my mac and I want to remove it. But once I moved it to trash and tried to permanently delete it, it says that the operation can't be completed. Could you please help me fix this? Thank you!

Open the "Sharing & Permissions" disclosure arrow in Get Info and please post what that shows.
To get around the empty Trash issue, try holding OPTION while emptying the Trash.
You can use Launchpad to delete an app:
Use Launchpad on your Mac - Apple Support
You may have to remove Pages from the Trash for this to work.
