How long before my trade in money shows up on my account
I bought a new IPhone 12Pro Max. I traded a 11Pro Max. I see the phone was received but I haven’t received my trade in value. When will I see that?

- Scroll down to 'Frequently Asked Questions'
- Click the + sign to view the following: "How long does the online trade-in process take? Generally it takes 2–3 weeks. But the sooner you send us your device, the sooner we can verify its condition..."
