how to convert arf files to mp4 in imac

Hello All:

Is there a way I can play arf files to play in my imac? I tried to download webex network media player but it only works in windows but not mac os . Is there anything can be done to view those recordings? I need help please.

I believe .arf files are Webex files, I would start by Googling for solutions or contact the developers of Webex for support.
