UNLOCKING APPLE ID ACCOUNT

I can not access my iPhone Apple ID, it indicates it has been locked on security reasons. I have tried to unlock it by using email address but i can not access my email address because it is not updated and i can not update it until i sign in my Apple ID. Alternatively i have tried to sign in my email address into another device, but i can't find the recover messages from APPLE TEAM. It has made me to decide to reset my phone and start anew, but that i can not do either because it needs me signing into the APPLE ID. Please assist asap
