refunded ‘money’

so recently ive brought a game pass and didn’t get it which ive asked for a refund. after 1 and a half day ive finally gotten the ‘item’ to so-called refunded the money back to me, so i went to check my app store for the money to see if ive gotten it back or no it was weird that the current amount i have in my account is low so i when to calculate but turns out the money that was ‘refunded’ to me is still deducted from my account and now i dont know how to get back the money, can someone please help?
