Can’t find Safari

Hello. With the release of iOS support for stadia, I’ve been trying to create the home screen shortcut of the webpage required to play. However, this is only possible via Safari, and I cannot find Safari. The app isn’t on my iPad. I’ve checked every folder and the search bar. It isn’t listed under apps. I’ve reset home screen settings. It isn’t listed under options when I attempt to change my default browser. All I have access to is Google Chrome. Is there any fix?
